We have training content in PowerPoint decks — can Maslo convert these into eLearning modules?

Yes — this is one of the most common starting points. Maslo takes your existing PowerPoint decks, SOPs, manuals, and subject matter expert knowledge, and converts them into interactive eLearning modules with animations, voiceover, knowledge checks, and a final assessment. You do not need to know anything about eLearning design. Our instructional designers handle the entire conversion process and present the module for your review before it goes live.

What if we already have an LMS — can Maslo's modules work on it?

Yes. All Maslo-developed eLearning modules are SCORM-compliant, which means they work on virtually any LMS — including Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, and others. If you already have an LMS, we build the modules and deliver them as SCORM packages that your team uploads and deploys. If you do not have an LMS, Maslo provides one as part of the engagement.

How long does it take to build an eLearning module?

A standard 20–30 minute eLearning module typically takes 3–5 weeks from content discovery to final deployment. This includes instructional design, development, one round of client review and revisions, and deployment to the LMS. Timelines vary based on content complexity, the number of interactions, and the speed of your review and approval cycle. For compliance modules with tight deadlines, Maslo can fast-track delivery.

What is the difference between the managed L&D service and a one-time module build?

A one-time module build is exactly that — we build one or more specific modules, deliver them, and the engagement ends. The managed L&D service is an ongoing monthly arrangement where Maslo runs your entire learning function — building modules as needed, hosting them on our LMS, managing user enrolments and progress, scheduling and delivering instructor-led training, and reporting monthly to HR and leadership. The managed service is suited for companies that want a complete L&D capability without hiring an internal team.

How does Languapro integrate into communication training programmes?

Languapro is Maslo's proprietary AI-powered communication assessment platform. In communication and soft skills training programmes, Languapro is used at three points: before training to assess each participant's current LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) proficiency level and customise content accordingly; during training for practice assessments; and after training to measure improvement objectively and issue certificates. This gives companies hard data on training effectiveness — not just completion rates.
